How will I know when my account is due (billing date)?
A: Our billing system is setup so that every client
receives a billing notice one (1) week prior to their deadline. Please
read our Terms of Service about Payment Options and the responsibility,
you, the client, has. This is located in Section Five (5): Billing and
Payments

Q: Where do I sign up for a shell account?
A: Click on the 'Order' tab. If you need additional
information of what a shell or bnc accounts offers, please click on the
Services link situated on our homepage.
Q: I have been waiting nearly one hour for my account to be
activated. When should I expect my account to be activated?
A: Our staff continuously works hard around the
clock to assure prompt replies to e-mail and account activations
notices. It generally takes one-to-three (1-3) hours for your account to
be activated; however it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. It
really depends on the payment method. For those who paid via paypal, the
account will be not be activated until we voice verify the client. The
phone number supplied on your order form will be called to verify the
order.
Q: I am incapable of setting up my bnc/shell account. What should
I do?
A: Please join us on IRC (Internet Relay Chat),
#EarthShells on EFnet. You may ask anyone in the channel for assistance,
or you may contact an administrative representative. Our technical
support is 100% free, so please use it to your advantage. We will
hopefully be able to rectify the problem you may have.
Q: I am more than satisfied with the services you have offered
thus far. What if I want to add features to my account? What should I do
if I want to add background processes or quota to my account?
A: Please join us on IRC (Internet Relay Chat),
#EarthShells on EFnet. You may also e- mail us: go to the Support
link situated on our homepage and select the proper e-mail address. Be
sure to indicate how you would like to upgrade your account and include
your login name so we know what account to upgrade. Upgrades will take
effect the next billing cycle to avoid billing complications, or a
separate new account under your name shall be created. Be sure to notify
us in advance!
Q: I do not see an option to set my password for my account. Is
there something missing on the order form?
A: All passwords are generated by the Billing Team
to avoid confusion. All passwords are case sensitive and contain capital
and lower case letters, as well as numbers. We suggest that you keep
your password to yourself and change it frequently.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Login to your shell and type: passwd

Q: How do i setup psyBNC or eggDROP, do you provide any
documentation?
A:
Yes, We do provide assistance as well as documentation
for psyBNC & eggDROP setup. Please refer to

to our support personnel via Live Chat option on the website.
Q: Am I allowed to store mp3's, movies, pornography or illegal
software on my shell account?
A: NO! Please read our Terms of Service (TOS)
Q: What is the maximum amount of connection allowed per bounce?
A: Please stay with the parameters of your account.
ONLY TWO connections per bounce account. Please read our Terms of
Service!
Q: How do I kill the processes that I'm running on my shell?
A: Login to your shell and type the following: -
type ps x - find the PID number of the process - then kill -9 PID number
Q: Where can I view the Vanity Host list?
A: Simply click on the Vhost link situated
